Ballots are being mailed to Active members with dues current.

 Mailing Ballot

If you are mailing your ballot in, it must be received at the MAWLE business address no later than October 2, 2015.  

Bringing Ballot to Conference/Annual Business Meeting

If you are bringing your ballot to the Annual Conference/Annual Business Meeting, please check in with the Election Committee.  Once they have confirmed your name on our Active member list, they will then instruct you to place your ballot in the Election Box. 

If You Do Not Receive a Ballot in the Mail

If you have not received a ballot and your membership is a current Active member, please check in with the Election Committee during the Conference.  They will confirm your membership status and give you a ballot.  An ID is required to pick up a ballot at the conference.  A member of the Election Committee will be located at the Membership Table during the Conference.
