Join the Discussion!

A new section will soon be added to the website titled "Join the Discussion".  This section will allow for dialogue among MAWLE members, enabling them to voice their opinion, exchange information or ask for advice on subjects that relate to their work in the law enforcement fiel.

Until that section is up and running, we will post the question/subject here and invite you to share information on the subject matter as well as any best practices and policies that you know are in place now.

 Physical Agility Test

Attorney Lisa Brodeur-McGan with Attorney Harold Lichten are representing female candidates in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts who were disqualified on one or more occasions from continuing in the hiring process as a municipal police officer because of failure to pass the so-call physical agility test required by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for entry-level recruits.

They are looking to talk, confidentially, to other women who have been in the same circumstances or know of women who were disqualifed from continuing in the hiring process due to the failure of the PAT.

They would be grateful fo any assistance that you can give to them.  Please read the letter that is attached below for further information and contact information.
