The Call for Proposals for the 2025 MAWLE Conference is now open

Proposals for the 2025 MAWLE Conference will be accepted through May 15, 2025, at 11:59 p.m.


MAWLE is looking for a wide array of topics that are engaging, inspiring, and informative for police officers, corrections officers and women in all sectors of law enforcement.

MAWLE’s goal is to offer relevant, timely training to help attendees do their jobs more effectively, make their agencies more successful and to help mentor and grow the women in our member agencies to be the leaders of tomorrow.

Conference attendees find value in evidence-based practices, case studies, or lessons learned from new and innovative strategies in policing.

Proposals should address contemporary or emerging ideas and concepts to elevate the profession and help grow leaders of law enforcement agencies.
